INSURANCE DETAILS
If you elect to use your insurance, you may have a co-pay for your visit. Please check your eligibility here:

If you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you a detailed invoice (called a superbill) for your paid sessions. You can then send this invoice to your insurance company to see if you qualify for reimbursement.
